Palladium Van Alstyne Senior Living Under Construction

Construction is well under way at another of Palladium's newest developments.  The 132 unit 62+ senior community is expected to deliver units in late summer of 2017.  The property will offer a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, elevators, huge clubroom, movie theater, organized events, walking trails, dog park and much more.  the mixed income senior community will offer one and two bedroom apartments including four-plex buildings.
